Therapy for All

SHYAS provides individual, group, & family therapy to help you mange the challenges of life and address mental health concerns such as symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.

SHYAS provides individual, group, & family therapy to help address the behaviors & emotions associated with our substance use. SHYAS goal is to help address the unmanageability that may consume one's life when we head down the road towards addiction.

SHYAS Co-Occurring Outpatient Therapy Services are provided by dually licensed clinicians trained to treat individuals with both mental health and substance use disorders. This integrated care treatment approach promotes wellness, management, & recovery. 

Individual therapy is one on one sessions with a counselor, designed to help you through tough times, including illness, job stress, relationship challenges, depressions, and anxiety. Together, you will design a treatment plan that will help you manage your mind and mood.

 Family therapy also referred to as couple therapy, marriage and family therapy, family systems therapy, and family counseling is a therapeutic approach designed to nurture change, develop and amend, and/or strengthen intimate relationships.

 Group therapy involves at least one clinician and two or more people in therapy. Many use it to address a specific mental health concerns (i.e. depression, SUD, social skills) & provide peer support.

It is the most effective form of treatment.

Therapy provided to youth and/or adults in their home or private community-based setting is In-Home therapy.

Office Based Therapy is therapy provided at one of the S&H Youth and Adult Services locations.

E-Therapy is our teletherapy provided online via the telehealth system. Our E-Therapy includes both video and voice.
